Multi Skilled Engineer
Our client has a vacancy for a qualified Multi Skilled Engineer covering Portsmouth / Crawley / Hastings triangle working on long term contracts covering petrol stations, Costa Coffee, Subway, cafes, restaurants & pubs.
This role doesn’t involve and weekend work or call out rota!!
Necessary Skills
Must be experienced with air conditioning maintenance and have an FGAS cat 1 qualification
Experience performing works with Plumbing/ Heating, Plant equipment, Water Treatment
Extensive experience in General Building services Industry relevant qualifications
To carry out installation of plant, fixtures and fittings as required
To carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures and fittings
To organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements
Training in Legionella Awareness & Emergency Lighting Regulations (Desirable)
The Package:
Salary: £35,000
33 days holiday – inclusive of bank holidays
