Multiskilled Fabric Engineer

Type: Static Site | Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Fabric Engineer to join a well-established facilities management contract based on a static site in Peterborough.

This is a long-term opportunity within a professional environment, working as part of an on-site maintenance team delivering high-quality building fabric services.

Key Responsibilities:

• General fabric maintenance including doors, locks, ceilings, flooring and internal fixtures
• Basic plumbing works (repairs, leaks, replacements)
• Painting and decorating
• Minor carpentry and building repairs
• Supporting the wider engineering team when required
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with site procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fabric or building maintenance role
• Multiskilled background across a range of trades
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
