The Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of retail-focused HVAC and mechanical projects across the UK. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll manage projects from initial survey through to completion, ensuring they're delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Project values typically range from £20,000 to £100,000, with larger projects up to £250,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HVAC and mechanical projects from survey through to completion.
• Carry out site surveys and produce project scopes.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and variations.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with industry standards.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Oversee refurbishment projects, plant replacements and new HVAC installations.

Projects Include

• Air conditioning installations and replacements.
• Mechanical plant upgrades.
• Retail refurbishments.
• HVAC replacement projects.
• Planned capital works.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within HVAC, Mechanical, M&E or Facilities Management.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience carrying out site surveys and managing multiple projects.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and variations.
• Organised, proactive and delivery-focused.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
