We are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading TFM Service Providers that continues to grow beyond expectation and has an exceptional national presence throughout the UK.
In this role you will be responsible for the retention of a proportion of the key client contracts within the business. You will be accountable for building solid client relationships, determining winning strategies for the retention of the contracts within assigned Top Account list, and negotiating profit levels that sustain budgeted contribution. Further responsibilities will include identifying issues that may prevent a client from re-appointing current incumbent or result in a client terminating their contract.
We would look for the successful individual to have a good understanding of Ops and work closely with with the Operations team to provide solutions to address any potential issues.

Other responsibilities will include-
  • Conduct client interview annually with all client contacts within each account within their identified Top Account portfolio.
  • Ensure a fully completed, accurate Relationship Matrix is in place for each account.
  • Oversee Bid Management team to produce concise and relevant proposal that clearly identifies the winning solution, based on the client’s Critical Business Issue
  • Actively seek out potential cross selling opportunities and work with Operations and Sales teams to maximise potential growth.
