Job description
We are currently partnering with a rapidly growing Facilities Management business to recruit an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to support their continued expansion across the UK.
This is a high-profile role focused on winning new Soft FM and Integrated FM contracts across sectors including commercial offices, education, healthcare, retail and public sector environments.
The successful candidate will be a proven FM sales professional with a strong track record of generating and converting opportunities, building long-term client relationships and leading strategic tender opportunities from initial engagement through to close.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across Soft FM and Integrated FM services
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across target sectors
Lead sales activity from lead generation through to contract award
Support and contribute to tender submissions, presentations and client pitches
Work closely with operational and bid teams to develop tailored client solutions
Develop strategic account plans and pipeline activity
Achieve agreed sales and growth targets
Represent the business at networking events and industry meetings
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Business Development experience within Facilities Management
Strong background selling Cleaning, Security, Soft FM or IFM solutions
Demonstrable track record of winning large-scale FM contracts
Commercially astute with strong negotiation and presentation skills
Experienced managing complex tender processes
Strong network and understanding of the UK FM market
Highly motivated, driven and relationship-focused
