Up to £45,000 + Overtime + Tier 1 FM Benefits

We are recruiting for a Shift Engineer to join a prestigious landmark site in Central London for a Tier 1 FM Company.

The Role

• PPM and reactive maintenance alongside a team of 8 engineers across a multi storey commercial building.
• Fault finding on lighting, power, distribution boards and emergency systems, HVAC, pumps, motors, AHUs and FCUs

Requirements

• Relevant Qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• Over 3 years commercial building maintenance / FM experience
• Strong fault-finding and leadership skills
