One of the UK’s leading Facilities Management providers is currently seeking a Static Electrical Engineer to join their on-site team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company known for its excellent staff retention, strong culture, and attractive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out and support reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site M&E systems
• Work on systems including BMS, fire systems, HVAC/air conditioning, generators, and LV electrical distribution/switchgear
• Respond to and complete reactive tasks in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Prioritise and manage workload to ensure optimal service delivery
• Ensure all PPM tasks are completed in line with schedules and compliance standards

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• Proven experience in building services / facilities maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
