Technical Supervisor (Mobile) – North West & Surrounding Regions
Salary: Up to £48,000 + Company Van + Overtime

We are working on behalf of a leading facilities management provider to recruit an experienced Technical Supervisor to join their growing team. This is a mobile role offering a high level of autonomy, ideal for someone who enjoys managing their own workload while leading from the front.

The Role

As Technical Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of sites. You’ll act as the key technical point of contact, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This is a home-based role with travel across Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, and occasional visits to Glasgow and Belfast.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of PPMs, reactive maintenance, and remedial works
• Manage a small team of in-house engineers and specialist subcontractors
• Review RAMS, permits, and ensure full compliance with H&S standards
• Handle quotes, pricing, and additional works
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with contractual and legislative requirements
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide technical support when required
• Plan and manage your own diary to meet operational demands

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in facilities maintenance or building services
• Experience supervising engineers and managing subcontractors
• Good understanding of health & safety, permits, and RAMS
• Ability to price works and manage additional projects
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to support the wider team when needed
