Job Title: Technical Supervisor

York Elec Bias is recruiting for a Technical Supervisor to join a global FM company, based in York, with occasional cover in Sheffield.

This is a great opportunity for a strong electrical or multi-skilled engineer to step into a supervisory role, managing a small team in a commercial FM environment. Engineers looking to step up are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise 2 engineers (3-person team)
• Plan and manage PPMs and reactive works
• Ensure SLA compliance and job completion
• Manage contractors and issue permits to work
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Oversee workload planning and prioritisation

Requirements

• FM or building services experience
• Electrical / multi-skilled background
• Supervisory or team lead experience (or ready to step up)
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Experience managing contractors and permits
