Building Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias)
Our client a well-established nationwide based facilities management company who provides planned maintenance & reactive repairs, facilities maintenance and equipment solutions to the banking, healthcare and other sectors which includes well know blue chip clients.
They are now looking for a Building Maintenance Engineer to join their service and maintenance team.
You will be working on their prestigious commercial media contract looking after multiple sites in the Cambridge area. The responsibilities will be fault finding, repairs, servicing and maintenance of all electrical systems including lighting, emergency lighting, power generators etc. The role will also include building fabrication and small works such as basic plumbing work.
On offer for this full time role is a competitive salary of £30,500 with overtime and call out opportunities, Van (with personal use), fuel card, travel time, PDA, Mobile and Company Benefits package.
Ideally you will have:
Approved Apprenticeship/ or NVQ Electrical Level 3 (Essential)
17th Edition (Essential)
C&G 2391/2394/2395 (Desired not essential)
Experience working on distribution centres or within commercial properties
Valid driving licence
