A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a client-facing individual to work as a Contract Manager for one of the UKs leading facilities management companies.

This role as Contract Manager is to look after one client who will be based across South West.
Disciplines are a full FM scope including mechanical, electrical, building fabric.
This role as contract manager will be primarily be remote based, however, our client does have an office in Cirencester which you will be expected to visit.
Key Accountabilities include;
Performance management of maintenance team against client KPI’s
Ensure all reactive and quoted jobs are completed with relevant SLA’s and closed down as required
Management and development of maintenance team through setting clear objectives
To produce monthly management reports
To manage all procurement requirements
Support the maintenance and soft service teams in their roles though effective communication
Candidates must have a valid UK driving licence
Salary is circa £36-40k (experience will be taken into account)
