Lead Maintenance Electrician

Working for one of a large facilities management company. The company employ multi-skilled maintenance engineers including electrical, mechanical and general maintenance staff. They cover air conditioning, electrical, BMS and the full building services package. They can offer excellent training, career progression and a stable and secure employment. 

We have got a new exciting opportunity for a proactive, fully qualified Lead Maintenance Electrician to cover mobile role in the St Albans area (North of M25)

The ideal Lead Maintenance Electrician would need to be:

  • Experience managing a team
  • Enthusiastic & proactive engineer

  • Fully Qualified Electrical Engineer
  • Strong work ethic
  • Someone who strives for progression
  • Clear criminal background (essential)

The ideal Maintenance Electrician would need the following Qualifications:

  • City and Guilds 2330 or equivalent
  • City and Guilds 236 Part 1 +2 or equivalent
  • 17th/18th Edition

Qualifications not required but advantageous:

  • AM1/AM2
  • City and Guilds 2391
  • F Gas
