Labour Controller

Our Client who are a large service provider within the Facilities Maintenance Sector are looking to recruit for a Labour Controller/Help Desk Operator.

Job Role:

To assist with the rapid growth of all contracts, they are looking for a determined and motivated individual to help drive the business forward within a busy Heating Department. You will reporting to the Office Manager and plan the engineers workload on a week to week basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making sure all engineers have worked booked in on a daily basis
  • Planning, Booking, and organising jobs to ensure all SLA's are met
  • Keeping clients updated with all work carried out
  • Liaise with the Office Manager
  • Liaise with Engineers on a daily basis
  • Processing engineer timesheets and payment ready for the export of payroll
  • Assist in the resolution of complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Manning the office Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm
  • Adhoc tasks as required

The Candidate:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience with in a Help Desk environment and also as an administrator
  • Previous experience planning engineer workloads
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience with FM booking systems such as MAXIMO, PLANNON, VIXEN etc
