Administrator/ Pass Administrator

Job Title- Administrator/ Pass Administrator - Salary Equivalent to 23k-24k per annum

To assist in the operation of running the Pass Office for a central government department.

This will cover all the functional processes necessary to issue photographic access passes and warrant cards for government officials, frequent visitors and contracted staff.

Pass Office Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Managing the appointment system for those attending photographic appointments
  • Production of passes to include taking photographs of applicants
  • Maintaining data on the Pass Office system
  • Answering telephone and e-mail requests and queries
  • Ensuring that correct security levels are held
  • Liaising with HR and Vetting teams
  • Managing several e-mail inboxes to allow the smooth running of the pass application process
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties
  • Confidentiality is required due to the sensitive information that could be disclosed

Skills / Experience Required

  • Ability to interface with all Pass Office visitors
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Enthusiastic
  • IT literate
  • Good organisational skills
  • Diplomatic

The successful candidate will need a minimum of a DBS/ back ground check.

This is a brand new role and a very exciting time for this site.

Role on offer will be a temp to perm position.
