Customer Services Advisor / Helpdesk Administrator -

On going temporary position 

£9.89 per hour 

Our client is looking for an experience Customer Services Advisor / Helpdesk Administrator to join their team based in a large hospital in Portsmouth 

Working as part of a buddy system, you will work alongside a team to cover the desk between the hours of 6am and 10:30 pm Monday - Sunday 

You must be flexible to cover the 7.5 hr shifts 

Day to day duties; 

  • Deal with enquiries via telephone and email including switchboard and general admin 
  • Office Coordination
  • Update any office logs on a daily basis 
  • Ensure all hospital procedures are followed accurately across the site

Key Skills;

  • Good computer skills
  • Attention to detail to process quotations and orders accurately
  • Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Enthusiastic attitude and self-motivated
  • Experience or Knowledge within the FM business is beneficial but not essential
