Profile:

  • Commercially aware and, highly experienced individual. 18th edition qualified Electrician with a proven track record in mechanical and electrical project management. Currently Lead Electrician for DHL managed sites in West Yorkshire
  • Extensive commercial and contracts experience including budgets, contract administration, building services, PPM, repairs, maintenance and project surveys
  • Responsible for building sustainable client relationships as part of project and maintenance for variety of companies; DWP and NHS England, Admiral Taverns, Enterprise Inns, The Salvation Army, Associated Tyre Services, Debenhams, River Island, Carillion and Interserve. Also large supermarket chains – Tesco and Asda, BUPA and Severn Trent Water effluent plants
  • Successfully led teams covering multi sites and frequently in areas demanding above normal levels of safety compliance and delivery of tight deadlines. This has often required a hands on approach with all trades involved including plumbing, carpentry, plastering and tiling
