  • I am an Electrician by qualification, currently involved in facilities and maintenance. The work entails maintenance, fault finding and testing of electrical circuits. I have experience and understanding of electrical installation testing to BS7671. I am experienced in the design, installation and testing of emergency lighting systems as detailed in BS5266. I also have knowledge and understanding on both installation and maintenance of street furniture and lighting

The work entails the maintenance of various HVAC and Electrical contracts across North England working closely with the client’s needs to provide the best levels of service, at the same time ensuring facilities always run smoothly

Duties Include:

  • Provide maintenance service to Works Facilities contracts, in a multi-disciplined environment. (Mechanical / Electrical / Building)
