I am a fully qualified approved electrician with a background in domestic, commercial and industrial electrical works. I have also worked as a Mobile Electrical Engineer and most recently an NICEIC electrical Qualified Supervisor. I am an approachable person that is pro-active towards problem solving, especially when meeting with people’s needs

I can work well within a team or on my own with my clear and precise work ethic in order to keep on top of my work and keep up to date with ongoing activities. I have an enthusiastic thirst for knowledge and I am always looking to better myself with new opportunities, regularly carrying out CPD training in my own time to keep myself updated with the ever changing electrical industry. I am regularly researching new technologies in order to be more efficient and to stay up to date. Employment History:


Electrical Qualified Supervisor / Operations Manager

June 2018 – Present

  • While working here, I undertook the NICEIC Qualifying supervisor role being responsible for all internal electrical staff thought out the repairs and maintenance directorate. This meant all departments of, Kitchen and bathrooms, Voids works, Response works and EICR testing on all 10,500 properties
  • While carrying out this role I also managed a team of electricians carrying out the EICR testing program. This included managing the operative’s calendars, scheduling works, carried out regular tool box talks, probation meeting and one to ones. I have also been responsible for approving of invoices from electrical contractors, liaising with contractors to arrange works to be carried out. I also have been responsible for arranging any training to keep all electricians up to date with regulation and any other training they have needed to keep up to date with the changing industry
  • I am the point of contact for all the electrical issues within the repairs and maintenance directorate. I give advice and knowledge required by the electricians and other staff for them to carry out their jobs safety to the current regulations and standards. This included many technical tool box talks and carrying out interviews for electricians to work in all different departments
