  • I am a knowledgeable hard services manager with a wide experience of Facilities and Estates Engineering within a critical healthcare environment, I also have a manufacturing background, I am currently the Estates Manager for both the Royal Victoria Infirmary (64,300 sqm) and the Freeman hospital (22,300 sqm). My role includes managing maintenance teams across multiple sites; I have a proven track record for integrating two sites for cross site working to create a dynamic team that are versatile. I have also mobilised new buildings, which includes creating planned maintenance and contract management.   • This is a senior managerial role within the organisation; the role responsibility is to manage the Engineering Estates function of the Royal Victoria Infirmary and the Freeman hospital ensuring 100% compliance of an acute hospital
