Key Achievement:

  • DHSS Prime Contract Dalkia, Delivered a restructured format (portfolio management) to allow teams to operate with greater client visibility and accountability, reducing financial and operating risks utilising subcontract companies and reliance on the senior management tier. Cost saving 10%
  • Delivered a £2.5million Cable HV & LV installation within an 8 month timescale at Southmead hospital installing 81kilometres of submain cabling (280 Tonnes) ahead of project completion and within specified budget
  • MOD BMS upgrade, restructure service delivery and project timescale due to access issues. reduced Team size extended program , increased project profit margin to 38%
  • Recently as an operations and BDM role for BIC / DDC , Generated £850K in new Projects for BIC / DDC across numerous client bases (Honeywell / Trend upgrades / Biomass installations / PHEV chargers / Crown House )within first 8 months

  • The role involved undertaking the management / supervision of the contractors supplying services within the HV LV package supporting the Senior Electrical Engineer and co-ordinating design& Build of HV and LV services for the project within our three man team
  • My specific Role /focus was based on the daily management of the following companies and resources reporting up to the project leader /operations Director Cht
  • Finning-s (Generator systems):
  • Liaising with the Finnings project management team and technical staff to ensure compliance with the project specification and the NHS HTM requirements
  • Liaising with the consultants (DSSR) ensuring design was still relevant to project
  • Liaising with the installation teams ensuring satisfactory project integration with other contractors and systems
  • Reviewing quality off installation
  • Collating information for O&M’s
  • ICS/IES (cable installation teams):
