  • Communicating with existing clients and developing new business to understand the client’s requirements for Air Conditioning Installations and maintenance contracts.
  • Carrying out site specific surveys to understand the design brief and produce an efficient and sustainable Air Conditioning Installation by carefully selecting the best and most cost-effective equipment.
  • Produce designs and estimates from drawings and specifications for installations from tender enquiries and follow through to order.
  • Once secured, project manage (small works) by obtaining labour and materials, complete risk and method statements and complete O&M manuals for completion handover.
