One of the South's leading heating & gas compliance companies are looking for a Commercial Contract Manager to join their team based out of their Dartford office. Formed in 1988 - they install, maintain and service gas and central heating systems throughout London and surrounding counties with the majority of their work for local authorites and housing assocations.

Responsibilities for a Commercial Contract Manager:
- Managing a team of 8 based out of the Dartford office which includes engineers and a small admin team
- Site visits once a week to respective authorities and housing associations
- Tendering, budgeting and reporting on any current and new contracts
- Monitor and develop direct reports through training and rgular reviews
- Liaising with clients and developing relationships with the client
- Deliver training and corporate meetings
- Quoting works, report writing and ordering of parts/materials
- Overseeing any extra/project works when they arise
- Ensure all health & safety and compliance records are up to date
- Qualified or previous experience within Mechanical Engineering or Commercial Gas
- Very good knowledge of Mechanical systems
- Previous experience within a supervisory or management role
- Previous experience working in a social housing environment (desirable but not essential)
- Well-presented
