The role:
The Fabric Technician will be joining a part of a larger team of multi skilled engineers working on static site in Chester on a Prestigious Industrial site carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on any general building maintenance, small installation projects, servicing and repairs.

- As a Fabric Technician, you'll be an integral part of our maintenance crew, ensuring that any general building maintenance is completed. Here's what you can expect:
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct scheduled fabric inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become problems.
- Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair plumbing malfunctions, making necessary upgrades and replacements as required.
