One of the up and coming FM companies are looking for a Group Commercial Manager to join their team based out of their Romford office.
The successful Group Commercial Manager will be responsible for the company's financial management across contracts/projects in the social housing sector for planned and reactive works.
Job Responsibilities;
- Providing senior management with regular financial reports for both company and individual contracts/projects performance
- Senior point of contact for financial/cost related matters for clients, representatives and suppliers
- Leading procurement and performance management of operational suppliers and supply chain
- Overseeing and adjudicating company cost and value management for tenders, estimating, procurement, cost control and valuations
- Proactively reporting and ensuring profitability and mitigation of potential losses to senior management
- MRICS, degree qualified in quantity surveying and cost management (desirable)
- Experienced with working in the social housing sector in planned and reactive works
- Experienced with government buildings, schools and universities
- Experience of leading or working in a commercial teams
- Excellent team working skills
- Full clean driving license
