Ideally you will be from an Installation background and the day to day duties will include the following:
- AC Project Manager will be quoting on remedial works and replacements of faulty M&E/ HVAC systems
- AC Project Manager will be overseeing delivery of projects to ensure quality and client satisfaction
- AC Project Manager will be scheduling in works to be completed, liaising with the Client, Contracts managers and allocating labour to complete the works, with control of the Project from commencement to completion
- AC Project Manager will be covering Projects in the Midlands and surrounding areas

- AC Project Manager will be experienced in quoting and managing installations and remedial works on M&E small works/ HVAC and associated plant and equipment
- AC Project Manager will have a qualification within a least one HVAC discipline
- AC Project Manager with IOSH would be an advantage
- AC Project Manager will be a commutable distance of Hertfordshire
- AC Project Manager will be a strong presence on site
