We have a fantastic permanent job opportunity for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join one of the largest Facilities Management Companies in the UK.

Role : Shift Multi Skilled Engineer
Location : Evesham
Hours : Rotating Shifts (Days and Nights) 4 on and 4 off.
Salary : £42,000 - £46,000

Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic tradespeople to join our growing Engineering family, working in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Our?Engineering Technicians provide mobile delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services across a variety of clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be demonstrating your understanding of all building fabric activities & provide a reactive and planned pro-active maintenance service as per project requirements. This will involve answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit. You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.

Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment. Desirably, you will have working knowledge of Health & Safety and capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces (training provided) as well as a willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota. You will hold one of the following qualifications as an all-round multi skilled professional; NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Apprenticeship, 18^th Edition, 2391-52 Testing and Inspection Qualification, NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Air Conditioning/Maintenance, F Gas Qualification & NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Maintenance. Training can be provided to up skill individuals to become specialists within their area.
