The role:
The Account Manager will be joining the senior management team. You will be able to make an impact immediately and report directly to the Scottish FM Operations Manager. Overseeing a team of high performing Engineers, Soft Services Manager and support staff so strong leadership experience is essential. A technical background is not essential but a background in retail would be beneficial.
What you'll need:
Very strong background and experience managing a high performing team
Fantastic leadership and team management skills
History managing P&Ls circa £1m
Experience in an Account Manager position or high performing Contract Manager
Retail background would be a bonus
