The key Responsibilities for an Electrical Supervisor:
- Ensure all technical KPIs and SLAs are met for planned and reactive activities.
- Quotes, budgeting/reporting duties.
- Day to day running of the sites.
- Carry out on going condition reports on assets via companies’ system, highlighting any additional plant and equipment not recorded.
- Attend all booked/arranged training and meetings.
- Ensure all email accounts are managed and any responses required are actioned in a timely manner.
- Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers.
- Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard.
- Liaise with client/management.
Qualifications / Experience for an Electrical Supervisor:
- 18th Edition qualified
- NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical Installation (desirable)
- Experienced with KPIs/SLAs
- Well-presented
- Experienced in dealing with clients.
