Job Title: Electrical Supervisor  
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £43,000 + van with personal use 

Working for a local FM company, covering commercial offices and a council contract with an uncapped training budget.
This role is working with a local FM company, with over 120 employees and growing due to winning more contracts.

For this role you can be someone ready to take the next step into a supervisor role as its managing a team of 10 other electrical engineers supporting the contract manager. .

The key Responsibilities for an Electrical Supervisor:

• Ensure all technical KPIs and SLAs are met for planned and reactive activities.
• Quotes, budgeting/reporting duties.
• Day to day running of the sites.
• Carry out on going condition reports on assets via companies’ system, highlighting any additional plant and equipment not recorded.
• Attend all booked/arranged training and meetings.
• Ensure all email accounts are managed and any responses required are actioned in a timely manner.
• Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers.
• Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard.
• Liaise with client/management.

Qualifications / Experience for an Electrical Supervisor:

• 18th Edition qualified
• NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical Installation (desirable)
• Experienced with KPIs/SLAs
• Well-presented
• Experienced in dealing with clients.
