Scheduler / Planner - Facilities Management

Up to $75,000 per annum + benefits
Our client are a globally recognised facilities management provider with a fantastic industry reputation.
This position aims to provide the Facilities Management department direction, and organization of planned maintenance, calibration, and repair within a large commercial setting.
The successful candidate will have previous facilities management experience and preferably an understanding of commercial maintenance equipment .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate accountability of client assets within the CMMS. This includes adding, deleting, and modifying asset information IAW client policies and procedures.
Analyzes work orders by size, urgency, skill set, location, complexity, and available manpower; and assists operations teams by issuing work orders sequentially to individual technicians or work teams.
Develop, maintain, and distribute workflow processes to the account team documenting how work is planned, scheduled, and executed.
Uses guidelines set by management to develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance and life cycle optimization strategies.
Performs annual review of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure the current work order system library contains correct frequencies and balanced 12-month schedules for all technicians and vendors.
Determines appropriate predictive maintenance tasks. Trains the workforce in the use of predictive maintenance techniques.
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is Required. Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.
Experience in GMP Life Sciences preferred.
Experience with CMMS & CCMS also preferred.
