This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Account Manager to lead the service delivery of both Hard and Soft services across a specific area within a nuclear decommissioning site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Overall leadership of a team with operational and service delivery responsibility for the site
- Growing the account P&L through various measures and efforts
- Building solid relationships with the client, ensuring all opportunities for business are explored and maximised
- Driving the team to deliver optimal performance and service, and to spot areas for commercial growth at the same time.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proven commercial acumen – owning and growing P&L through optimising processes and being vigilant to areas for additional revenue.
- TFM experience
