£40,000 - £45,000 + 10% Annual Bonus
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Office-Based (1 day a week remote as the role progresses)
About Us: Join a leading bespoke commercial property agent renowned for managing prestigious properties in central London. We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a landmark 19-floor, 350,000 sq ft building in Marylebone.
The Role: As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of building management. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you will ensure that the property is safe, secure, and fully operational, providing an exceptional environment for our clients and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations across 19 floors, ensuring smooth running of all facilities.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain the building's systems and services.
- Monitor and manage building maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
- Support in the management of budgets and service charge allocations.
- Assist with tenant liaison, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency improvements within the building.
- Provide support in the planning and execution of building projects and renovations.
