About us:

Operational Excellence:

  • Undertaking domestic and commercial gas installations, commissioning, fault-finding, and maintenance, including the servicing and repair of gas and oil heating systems.
  • Take charge of planned and reactive maintenance aligned with industry-leading PPM schedules, with the guidance of our seasoned management team.
  • Collaborate with the team, offering support and occasionally stepping in as the second-in-command.

Customer Focus:

  • Partner with contract teams to not only meet but exceed SLAs by ensuring prompt attendance at client premises.
  • Elevate client relationships through on-site interactions, leaving a lasting positive impression.

People Development:

  • Be a guiding force in the training and upskilling of junior service engineers, shaping the next generation of gas engineering talent.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Execute tasks with finesse, delivering every activity to a high standard and in a professional manner.
  • Proactively use technology and systems to uphold compliance and contractual obligations.
  • Communicate with clarity, effectiveness, and professionalism with team members, management, and client representatives.
  • Showcase your outstanding problem-solving skills, addressing customer complaints or needs.
  • Possess an unwavering attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • CPA1, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, COMCAT 1-5
  • Oil Fired Heaters (OFTEC)
  • LPG
  • Working knowledge of Building Regulations.
  • Sound understanding and experience in meeting Health & Safety standards.
  • Basic plumbing and building material skills/knowledge.
  • Asbestos Awareness.
  • Full UK driving license.

Desirable:

  • Certification in IPAF & PASMA..
  • FGAS
