Operational Excellence:
- Undertaking domestic and commercial gas installations, commissioning, fault-finding, and maintenance, including the servicing and repair of gas and oil heating systems.
- Take charge of planned and reactive maintenance aligned with industry-leading PPM schedules, with the guidance of our seasoned management team.
- Collaborate with the team, offering support and occasionally stepping in as the second-in-command.
Customer Focus:
- Partner with contract teams to not only meet but exceed SLAs by ensuring prompt attendance at client premises.
- Elevate client relationships through on-site interactions, leaving a lasting positive impression.
People Development:
- Be a guiding force in the training and upskilling of junior service engineers, shaping the next generation of gas engineering talent.

Experience and Qualifications:
- CPA1, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, COMCAT 1-5
- Oil Fired Heaters (OFTEC)
- LPG
- Working knowledge of Building Regulations.
- Sound understanding and experience in meeting Health & Safety standards.
- Basic plumbing and building material skills/knowledge.
- Asbestos Awareness.
- Full UK driving license.
Desirable:
- Certification in IPAF & PASMA..
- FGAS
- Leadership Development.
- Professional Qualifications.
