Team: 15 skilled engineers
Shift Pattern: 2 on 2 off / 3 on 3 off | 7am–7pm / 10am–10pm

- Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a large commercial site
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks, pipework, and valves
- Maintaining and testing pressurization units, expansion vessels, and humidifier systems
- Servicing and repairing fan coil units and air handling systems
- Unblocking and maintaining toilets, urinals, and drainage systems
- Checking, flushing, and maintaining hot and cold-water systems (TMVs, calorifiers, water tanks)
- Conducting legionella prevention tasks and temperature monitoring
- Assisting with small installation works and refurbishments as required
- Supporting HVAC and mechanical maintenance teams as part of a close-knit shift crew
- Plumbing NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in commercial or public buildings (museums, hospitals, hotels, etc.)
- A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- A team player who takes pride in delivering reliable, safe, and high-quality work
