Location: South Kensington
Team: 15 skilled engineers
Shift Pattern: 2 on 2 off / 3 on 3 off | 7am–7pm / 10am–10pm

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a large commercial site
  • Diagnosing and repairing leaks, pipework, and valves
  • Maintaining and testing pressurization units, expansion vessels, and humidifier systems
  • Servicing and repairing fan coil units and air handling systems
  • Unblocking and maintaining toilets, urinals, and drainage systems
  • Checking, flushing, and maintaining hot and cold-water systems (TMVs, calorifiers, water tanks)
  • Conducting legionella prevention tasks and temperature monitoring
  • Assisting with small installation works and refurbishments as required
  • Supporting HVAC and mechanical maintenance teams as part of a close-knit shift crew

What We’re Looking For:
  • Plumbing NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in commercial or public buildings (museums, hospitals, hotels, etc.)
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
  • A team player who takes pride in delivering reliable, safe, and high-quality work
