Salary - £31,000 + 15% Pension Contribution + Private Healthcare


Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30pm


Company Overview: Join a prestigious property management firm located in the heart of Mayfair, London. Our client is known to be one of the biggest real estate businesses with a strong presence in London with over 60 owned buildings across 5.4m square feet.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to manage a commercial portfolio of 8 buildings. This role involves working directly on the client side of the business, ensuring that all contracts and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities for a Contract Administrator:

  • Manage and administer contracts related to the commercial portfolio.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contract-related activities and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Handle any contract amendments, renewals, and terminations.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial tracking related to contracts.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills for a Contract Administrator:

  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of contract management and administration.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Knowledge of commercial property management is an advantage.
