Contract Support – Facilities Management

  • Location: West London, SW6

  • Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

  • Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Support professional to join a leading facilities management services provider. This is a permanent, full-time role based on-site in West London, offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits package.

The Role:

As a key member of the site-based team, you will provide high-level administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth running of a busy facilities management contract. Duties include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day contract administration and coordination

  • Raising and processing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation

  • Managing compliance records and ensuring deadlines are met

  • Preparing reports, maintaining databases, and supporting audits

  • Acting as the main point of contact for the client and internal teams

  • Supporting the contract manager with financial tracking and performance reporting

About You:

  • Previous experience in a Contract Support, Facilities Coordinator, or similar role within facilities management or engineering services

  • Strong IT and systems skills, with confidence using Excel and CAFM systems

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise with clients and suppliers
