We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Support professional to join a leading facilities management services provider. This is a permanent, full-time role based on-site in West London, offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits package.
The Role:
As a key member of the site-based team, you will provide high-level administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth running of a busy facilities management contract. Duties include:

Assisting with day-to-day contract administration and coordination

Raising and processing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation

Managing compliance records and ensuring deadlines are met

Preparing reports, maintaining databases, and supporting audits
-
Acting as the main point of contact for the client and internal teams

Supporting the contract manager with financial tracking and performance reporting
About You:
-
Previous experience in a Contract Support, Facilities Coordinator, or similar role within facilities management or engineering services

Strong IT and systems skills, with confidence using Excel and CAFM systems

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise with clients and suppliers
