Salary: £37,500 - £39,783 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week + on-call rota (approx. 1 week in 8)

Overview
We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join a leading facilities and property management provider, supporting housing and accommodation services across the North West. The Role
As an Electrician, you’ll provide specialist electrical support and maintenance across domestic properties. Your work will include:
- Carrying out electrical installations, repairs, testing, and certification
- Fault finding and maintenance on power, lighting, fire alarms, and emergency lighting systems
- Supporting general maintenance teams with electrical expertise
- Performing PAT testing and producing reports and recommendations
- Participating in an on-call rota (1 week in 8), with standby and call-out pay
- Travelling across the Cheshire and North West region to attend sites
What We’re Looking For
- City & Guilds Electrical Installation Level 3 (2330, 2365 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proven experience working within domestic dwellings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel regionally and participate in the call-out rota
