The Role
Working as a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings from Northampton down towards North London. This is a regional role with no staying away, offering excellent work–life balance.
Key Responsibilities:

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs

Fault finding, testing, inspection, and general building services support

Ensuring compliance with health & safety and electrical regulations

Minor fabric/handyperson duties when required

Liaising with clients and providing a high level of customer service

Completing job sheets and reports through the CAFM system
What We’re Looking For

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent

18th Edition (essential)
-
Experience in commercial building maintenance

Strong fault-finding skills
-
Full UK driving licence

Good communication and customer service skills
