We are actively seeking an accomplished and skilled Electrical Department Manager to lead and manage our dynamic electrical team.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of electricians, technicians, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting professional growth and development within the team.

Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet project goals.

Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in electrical installations and maintenance.
- Review regular audits and inspections to uphold quality assurance.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay abreast of electrical codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance in all areas of the electrical department.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for electrical projects/contracts, monitoring costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide financial oversight to ensure the department operates within allocated resources.

Client Communication:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their electrical needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Innovation and Technology Integration:
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends in all aspects of our electrical offering.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and technology integration within the department.

Training and Development:
- Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the electrical team.
- Promote continuous learning to keep the team updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- 18th Edition electrical regulation certification,
- 2391 Inspection and Testing.
- Proven experience in electrical installation, testing, rectification work, and project management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Electrical engineering degree.
- Previous experience in a managerial role within an electrical department.
- Familiarity with sustainable and energy-efficient electrical practices.
