Electrical Project Supervisor
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Travel: Door-to-door travel paid, includes nationwide travel

Main Purpose
Support the delivery of larger HVAC projects and lead smaller ones, ensuring alignment with the company’s goal of being the UK's leading niche market HVAC provider.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support:
    • Assist Project Manager with mechanical, electrical, and M&E scopes.
    • Lead smaller projects independently.
    • Provide progress reports to stakeholders.
Site Engagement:
    • Visit sites during design and delivery stages.
    • Interpret and understand design documents and drawings.
Communication:
    • Liaise with client Site Manager, sub-contractors, and project delivery teams.
    • Coordinate with employed operatives.
    • Review subcontract documents and maintain the Project Risk Register.
    • Assist with project costing and scope variations.
    • Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met and develop site-specific RAMS.
    • Manage project quality plans and keep accurate records.
Project Execution:
    • Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and ensure compliance with specifications.
    • Contribute to project delivery programs and compile O&M manuals.
    • Support client training and system commissioning.
Troubleshooting and Continuous Improvement:
    • Troubleshoot issues during commissioning and defect periods.
    • Provide internal training and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Electrical qualifications and certifications
  • Experience in electrical project supervision

  • Manage personal development and time effectively
  • Follow company procedures and drive continuous improvement within the team.
