Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Join a specialist HVAC and chiller company as a Factory / Facilities Coordinator at their busy Wimbledon site. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key support role, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across engineering coordination, scheduling, parts ordering, and administrative support.
You'll be the central point of contact between engineers, suppliers, and the office, helping to keep everything running on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate engineer schedules and daily workloads

Liaise with engineers, clients, and suppliers regarding works and parts

Order parts and materials, track deliveries, and manage stock levels

Raise and process invoices and purchase orders

Maintain accurate records of work orders, jobs, and site activities

Provide general administrative support to the operations and engineering team

Assist with health & safety documentation and site compliance
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a coordinator, facilities, or admin role (ideally within HVAC/FM/engineering)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confident using computer systems (Microsoft Office, scheduling/CRM software)

Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Positive, proactive approach with attention to detail
