The role of the Facilities Manager:
- Managing Soft Services sites based in Central London and Hertfordshire
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met
- Lead, Manage Cleaning, Waste, Postroom, Security across the Contract
- Site visits - surveys, pricing, audits etc
- Check Permits to work
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Maximise the profitability of the contract and manage costs effectively.
What you'll need to do the Facilities Manager role:
Person Specification:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Facilities Management Experience
- Experience of Financial Systems including budget, payroll
- Health & Safety understanding
- Adaptable and resilient
