The Role
As the FMR Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Asset Register and report directly into senior management. Acting much like a Planning Manager, your role is to ensure all future maintenance works are effectively prioritised, organised, and aligned with long-term strategic objectives.
You will:

Develop and manage 5-year maintenance plans

Ensure full visibility and accuracy of all assets

Utilise CAFM systems to optimise planning and execution

Embed best practices aligned with ISO55000 standards

Collaborate closely with technical teams to align maintenance with asset lifecycle goals
What We’re Looking For

3–5 years’ FM experience, specifically within M&E environments

Proven experience in managing or developing long-term maintenance plans

Strong knowledge of CAFM systems

Expertise in asset management, ideally with ISO55000 implementation or compliance

A proactive, strategic mindset with excellent organisational skills
