Location: North Wales – Two Manufacturing Sites (within 15 miles)
Salary: £60-80,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Full Benefits Package

We’re working exclusively with a successful and forward-thinking manufacturing group seeking a transformational Head of Maintenance & Facilities Management. This is a high-impact, multi-site leadership role – ideal for a driven, strategic thinker ready to shape the future of maintenance and facilities across 260,000 sq.ft. of manufacturing and office space.

The Opportunity:
You’ll lead and harmonise two maintenance teams and a facilities team across two close-knit sites in North Wales. Your mission? To establish world-class maintenance standards, implement predictive maintenance strategies, and drive cost-efficiency through innovation, digitalisation and strategic capital investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop cross-site maintenance & facilities teams, embedding a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Drive predictive, data-led maintenance strategies and implement CMMS across both sites.
  • Manage £650k+ in maintenance spend, identifying savings and driving ROI through capital projects.
  • Standardise processes, KPIs and performance metrics across both locations.
  • Apply lean principles (DMAIC/Six Sigma) to optimise efficiency and eliminate waste.
  • Ensure full compliance with PUWER, HSE and all safety regulations.
  • Present regular reports to group leadership and finance teams, using the latest digital tools.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years in manufacturing maintenance, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven success leading multi-site maintenance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Financial acumen – experienced in budgeting, capex planning and cost optimisation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
