Are you an experienced Senior HR Manager, with experience in a busy environment with a large team? Would you like to work as Head of People for a national treasure in the world of hospitality? Then this might be the right move for you!
I am recruiting a passionate Head of People to join my client on a permanent basis in Mablethorpe. As Head of People, you will be responsible for all people related activity across the large site including employee relations, recruitment, talent management and learning and development.
This is very much a hands-on role which will see you working alongside your team to manage and deliver change projects across the site. You will also coach and develop the team to deliver the company people strategy, which is focused on building a truly amazing place to work.
Role & Responsibilities
- Developing, planning and delivering strategy for all HR specialisms
- Prioritising and driving the HR teams’ activities
- Developing and managing From an organisational and cultural ways of working
- Staying up to date with best practice and legal developments and translating these into innovative, meaningful and effective changes.
Candidate Profile
- An experienced Senior HR professional with demonstrable experience in a similar role within a large or multi-site environment.
- Confident communication skills, at all levels
- Strong relationship and leadership skills
- A CIPD qualification would be considered advantageous, but this is not essential.
- You will need the ability to understand and connect to company culture and values and the drive to learn quickly.
- You may come from hospitality or leisure and you should enjoy a fast-paced environment and working in an agile way. Some weekend working will be required to support our operation in this role.
Benefits Summary;
Salary of circa £60,000 to £70,000 depending on experience
