Job description


The Helpdesk/Projects Assistant makes up part of the Administration Team which contributes to the effective and operation of the Administration Service

Qualifications or Required Experience:
  • Awareness of Confidentiality
  • Demonstrate good team working
  • Comprehensive Administrative experience in a busy office environment
  • Sound organisational/co-ordination skills
  • Good interpersonal skills & telephone manner
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Coordinating/Schedule Maintenance calls for Engineer 
  • Experience using MAXIMO (Not essential)
