HVAC/Gas Engineer
Nottingham
Salary - £38,00 - £42,000 (dependant on experience)
We are working with a specialist engineering and facilities management provider operating from Nottingham. Our client provides full mechanical, electrical and facilities management packages to commercial clients across Nottinghamshire.
The successful HVAC Engineer will join the established team of field based HVAC Engineer who support the client's commercial contracts for various schools, University Buildings, hotels and various other commercial and industrial sector clients
The HVAC engineer role will be mobile, carrying out service, maintenance, fault-finding and repair of commercial HVAC systems at a number of their commercial contracts, this will include commercial boilers, radiant heaters, burners, splits, VRVs, VRFs, AHUs and chiller systems.
The successful candidate will be based in Nottinghamshire, and will be mobile covering sites across the Midlands with some requirements to travel further when required. Candidates based outside the Midlands will still be considered.
HVAC Engineer responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and fixing HVAC systems
- Collection and fitting of new parts
- Carrying out reactive calls and planned maintenance
- Updating service records and timekeeping information in an accurate and timely way
- Updating client reporting systems in an accurate and timely way
- Working safely in line with health and safety procedures
HVAC Engineer Package:
- Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon to Fri)
