Job Title: HVAC Project Manager
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Location: Office based in Leighton Buzzard with travel to sites in Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Leicester, London, and Bournemouth
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00 (45-hour week, 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing building services team. This role has become available due to the current Project Manager stepping down, and presents a chance to take ownership of high-value installation and refurbishment projects in a variety of sectors including laboratories, office fit-outs, and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage HVAC projects from handover through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget

Oversee site operations and subcontractor coordination

Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact on-site

Monitor project progress against agreed SLA/KPIs and financial targets

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including preconstruction, sales, documentation, and engineering

Conduct site visits regularly, including travel to various project locations
Project Details:

Project Values: Up to £3 million (average project value ~£250k)

Work is typically carried out under larger client contracts

Strong project pipeline, with up to £64 million in future work
Team Structure:

Reporting to the Project Director

Working alongside 1 other HVAC Project Manager

Support from HVAC engineers, subcontractors, and an in-house documentation team
Requirements:

Proven experience in HVAC project management

Strong understanding of mechanical building services installations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Full UK driving licence

£333 per month car allowance + mileage reimbursement (45p per mile for first 10,000 miles, 25p thereafter)
