The Role
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee installation and upgrade projects from planning to completion. You’ll take responsibility for budgets, schedules, and technical quality, while leading teams to deliver outstanding results in a safe and efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle for HVAC installations and refurbishments
  • Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet specifications
  • Control budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing progress updates and solutions
  • Ensure all work meets legislative, industry, and internal quality standards
  • Resolve technical or operational challenges quickly and effectively
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC project management or a related technical role
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and commissioning
  • Leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or similar (SMSTS/CSCS desirable)
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and planning skills
  • Thorough understanding of health and safety legislation and safe working practices
