Job Title: M&E Supervisor – Wembley
Location: Wembley, London
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Excellent Company Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated individual to lead a small on-site team in Wembley, managing day-to-day M&E operations across a commercial site. About the Role:

As the M&E Supervisor, you'll take ownership of the site’s engineering operation and lead a small team of engineers and subcontractors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supporting the engineering team

  • Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems

  • Acting as the first point of contact for client issues and escalation

  • Ensuring compliance with all site safety and statutory obligations

  • Monitoring and maintaining service standards and SLAs

  • Supporting and delivering minor project works

  • Conducting toolbox talks and reviewing risk assessments/method statements

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a similar M&E or building services supervisory role

  • Strong knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., C&G Level 3, 18th Edition, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Proactive, organised, and client-focused

  • Ambition to step up into a Contract Manager role
