We are hiring a Static Electrician to join our team at a key site in Sunderland, working with the world’s leading facilities management provider. This role is ideal for someone seeking a stable and straightforward working environment, focusing heavily on Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of power systems, lighting, UPS, and generators.
- General fabric and plumbing work to keep the site running smoothly.
- Ensuring compliance with Legionella regulations.
- Conducting routine inspections and tests to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
